Before you start the application process, please review the below section, which contains important information concerning the application process.


An applicant shall submit an Electronic Application for Membership and any required supporting documentation to the Operations Manager and/or Owner of TechFarms, LLC. Upon submission, the Electronic Application will be reviewed by the Operations Manager and/or Owner of TechFarms, LLC.


TechFarms reserves the right to require the applicant to appear at a meeting to present information contained in the Application and/or to discuss the applicant’s application and reason for submission.


TechFarms does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers, vendors, members and tenants, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, members, tenants, and clients.


The Operations Manager shall make a written recommendation regarding the application which may be accepted or rejected. All acceptances shall be conditioned on the execution of appropriate agreements as referenced above. The Operations Manager may impose additional conditions on acceptance.


Once an applicant has been accepted, the Operations Manager shall facilitate the negotiation and execution of the required agreements. In the event the parties cannot reach an agreement on the necessary terms of membership, acceptance shall be revoked.


All members are required to sign Automatic Authorization Form. Payment will be automatically charged from the bank account. Members also warrant that they are authorized to use the credit card/bank account according to the information they have submitted, and the agree to let TechFarms charge their credit card/bank account on a recurring basis for any monthly subscription they may have selected.

Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use may be somewhat lengthy, but we want to be careful to ensure that everyone is properly protected. Please feel free to contact us at with any questions regarding these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms.

The services TechFarms, LLC (“TechFarms”) provides to you, the undersigned (including but not limited to use of office space and access to Internet), are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”).

TechFarms reserves the right to update the TOU at any time. TechFarms will update the TOU on with a password protected page which members will be given access to. Members should frequently check on that page for the recent TOU updates.

2. Description of Services.

TechFarms may provide you with access to office space, desks, Internet access, office equipment, conference space, knowledge resources, and other services as TechFarms may provide from time to time (collectively, the “Services”). The Services at all times are subject to the TOU.

3. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use.

As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any TechFarms server, or the network(s) connected to any TechFarms server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, or accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any TechFarms server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have all requisite legal power and authority to enter into and abide by the terms and conditions of this TOU and no further authorization or approval is necessary. You further represent and warrant that your participation or use of the Services will not conflict with or result in any breach of any license, contract, agreement or other instrument or obligation to which you are a party.

4. Use of Services.

You agree that when participating in or using the Services, you will not:

a. Use the Services in connection with contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited message (commercial or otherwise);

b. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;

c. Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information on or through TechFarms Services;

d. Upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent to do the same;

e. Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party;

f. Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan Horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property of another;

g. Download any file(s) that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced,

h. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Services;

i. Violate any code of conduct of other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Service (including the House Rules for 7506 Holley Circle);

j. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without the authorization or consent of the disclosing party;

k. Violate any applicable laws or regulations; and

l. Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.

5. Disclosure.

TechFarms reserves the right at all times to disclose any information about you, your participation in and use of the Services as TechFarms deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in TechFarms’ sole discretion.

6. Confidentiality.

a. You acknowledge and agree that during your participation in and use of the Services you may be exposed to Confidential Information. “Confidential Information” shall mean all information, in whole or in part, that is disclosed by TechFarms, or any participant or user of the Services or any employee, affiliate, or agent thereof, that is nonpublic, confidential or proprietary in nature. Confidential Information also includes, without limitation, information about business, sales, operations, know-how, tradesecrets, technology, products, employees, customers, marketing plans, financial information, services, business affairs, any knowledge gained through examination or observation of or access to the facilities, computer systems and/or books and records of TechFarms, any analyses, compilations, studies or other documents prepared by TechFarms or otherwise derived in any manner from the Confidential Information and any information that you are obligated to keep confidential or know or has reason to know should be treated as confidential.

b. Your participation in and/or use of the Services obligates you to:

I. maintain all Confidential Information in strict confidence;
II. not to disclose Confidential Information to any third parties;
III. not to use the Confidential Information in any way directly or indirectly detrimental to TechFarms, or any participant or user of the Services.

c. All Confidential Information remains the sole and exclusive property of TechFarms or the respective disclosing party. You acknowledge and agree that nothing in this TOU or your participation or use of the Services will be construed as granting any rights to you, by license or otherwise, in or to any Confidential Information or any patent, copyright or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of TechFarms, or any participant or user of the Services.

7. Participation In or Use of Services.

You acknowledge that you are participating in or using the Services at your own free will and decision. You acknowledge that TechFarms does not have any liability with respect to your access, participation in, use of the Services, or any loss of information resulting from such participation or use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechFarms provides the Services “as is” and with all faults, and hereby disclaim with respect to the Services all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any (if any) warranties, duties or conditions of or related to: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, lack of viruses, accuracy or completeness of responses, results, workmanlike effort and lack of negligence. Also, there is no warranty, duty or condition of title, quiet enjoyment, quiet possession, correspondence to description or noninfringement. The entire risk as to the quality, or arising out of participation in or the use of the services, remains with you.

9. Exclusion of Incidental, Consequential and Certain Other Damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TechFarms or its subsidiaries (whether or not whollyowned), affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, shareholders, members, representatives, employees, successors and assigns, jointly or individually be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, punitive, consequential or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for: loss of profits, loss of confidential or other information, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, failure to meet any duty (including of good faith or of reasonable care), negligence, and any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to the participation in or inability to participate in or use of the Services, the provision of or failure to provide Services, or otherwise under or in connection with any provision of this agreement, even in the event of the fault, tort (including negligence), strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty of TechFarms, and even if TechFarms has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability and Remedies.

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced above and all direct or general damages), the entire liability of TechFarms or its subsidiaries (whether or not wholly-owned), affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, shareholders, members, representatives, employees, successors and assigns under any provision of this TOU and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to actual damages incurred by you based on reasonable reliance up to ten dollars (USD $10.00). The foregoing limitations, exclusions and disclaimers (including sections 8 and 9 above) shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.

11. Termination.

TechFarms reserves the right to terminate any Service at any time. TechFarms further reserves the right to terminate your participation in and use of any Services, immediately and without notice, if you fail to comply with the TOU.

12. Indemnification.

You release, and hereby agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless TechFarms and TechFarms’ subsidiaries (whether or not whollyowned), affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, shareholders, members, representatives, employees, successors and assigns, jointly and individually, from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, judgments, fines and penalties based upon or arising out of your negligent actions, errors and omissions, willful misconduct and fraud in connection with the participation in or use of the Services. You further agree in the event that you bring a claim or lawsuit in violation of this agreement, you shall be liable for any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by TechFarms or its respective officers and agents in connection with the defense of such claim or lawsuit.

13. Severability

In the event that any provision or portion of this TOU is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this TOU shall be unaffected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Insurance.

TechFarms will carry Liability and Business Personal Property insurance. As a user, it is strongly suggested that you carry a Renters Insurance policy to cover your own equipment while using our space. That policy may cover your current residence/office, as well as the premises of TechFarms. TechFarms is not responsible for your lost, stolen, and/or damage belongings/equipment.

15. Rights of Publicity.

Member grants to TechFarms the right to photograph, videotape and publish, visually and/or audibly, their likeness, projects and possessions.

TechFarms is not responsible for photographs taken by members and/or guests in the facility, or at events, or gatherings.

House Rules


TechFarms is a relaxed work environment, but we do ask that everyone behave in a professional manner. Please be respectful of other’s space and privacy and refrain from using foul language.


Please help TechFarms conserve energy and keep membership rates low by turning off lights and equipment when not in use. Turn off lights when leaving conference rooms and offices and please note that equipment that uses extreme amounts of power is not permitted.


Be considerate of others and keep your noise level to a minimum. Turn down phone ringtones and take lengthy phone calls outside or to a more private area.


Please keep your desk and workspace clean, wash your dishes right after use, and don’t leave old food in the fridge. Clean whiteboards, community computer stations, and makerspace areas after use and put away all tools.


No alcoholic beverages are permitted without prior authorization from management.


No form of smoking is permitted indoors, including, but not limited to cigarettes and e-cigarette devices. Smoking must be done outside and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.


Use computer network resources fairly. If you need to upload or download large files, please let management know or do so when the facility is not crowded.


Be conscious of what membership or non-membership plan you have signed up for. If your plan does not include a dedicated desk, please be aware that it is not permissible to use other member’s dedicated desks. Please don’t touch or take anything from another member’s desk or enter their office without permission.


Please be aware that all members and non-members of TechFarms have access to its amenities. After using equipment, please return everything to its proper place. If something breaks, please alert management immediately. Reserve conference rooms before using. Try not to monopolize white boards and computer workstations and if more equipment is needed, please approach management.


TechFarms is not responsible for your personal items. Please do not leave your computer or mobile phones unattended. If you find a lost item, please bring it to the front desk. Lockers are available upon request.


Sharing your access card with anyone, whether they are a friend, member or non-member is not permissible. Please always keep your access card in a safe place, and if lost or stolen, report it immediately to management. There will be a $10 fee for access card replacement.


Guests are not permitted without being accompanied by a member. All guests must sign in and out at the front desk. Guest are not allowed to use dangerous tools or equipment unless they sign a waiver and are approved by management or unless they are attending a class. Members are responsible for their own guests.


Children are not allowed on the premise unless approved by management. If approved, children may not use any equipment or tools. Members are responsible for the children that accompany them.

Termination Process

Access Deactivation

If there is an issue with the payment, TechFarms will email members/non-members about the issue.

Members/non-members should make a payment or contact us immediately after the payment issue email was sent. If we did not get the payment or response within 3 business days, a second attempt email will be sent, which we will assume that members/non-members have received the notification.

After a second attempt email has been sent, members/non-members need to make a payment within 3 business days before we issue a warning email for TechFarms access deactivation. If members/non-members do not make payment after 3 business days after a second attempt email has been sent, TechFarms will deactivate the access to the facility. A notification email of access deactivation will be sent.

End of Membership Status/ Termination

Members are to contact TechFarms within 5 business days after access termination by E-MAIL to, to inform whether if members want to continue the membership.

All past due must be paid before the access is reactivated, and access card is reissued if members continue the plan.

If members do not contact TechFarms regarding renewal their membership, TechFarms has the right to terminate membership. A termination of membership email will be sent to members for that matter. An access card must be returned at TechFarms to the front desk, or to be mailed to TechFarms 7506 Holley Circle Panama City Beach, FL 32408.

After End of Membership/Termination

Members that no longer want to continue the membership or has been terminated by TechFarms must collect their belongings within 5 business days after the end of membership date or after the termination date.

If belongings were not collected by then, TechFarms reserves the rights to remove those items to the storage for the use of space. TechFarms will handle the items as careful as possible. However, TechFarms takes no liability in the damage of the items. Items will be hold for another 30 days for members to pick them up. If the items were not picked up within 30 days, TechFarms shall dispose those items unless members has contacted TechFarms in the written statement (e-mail or mail) to arrange other agreement for those items. The agreement must be approved in written statement by TechFarms operation manager.

Reapplying Membership

Previous members are welcome to reapply for membership as long as all previous TechFarms invoices have been paid. Members who which to reapply for membership before we can approve the membership application.
