After a wildly successful first year in Pensacola, 2016’s second annual EntreCon had to change venues at the last minute due to the unexpected increase in attendees. Sessions included how to maximize strengths of a multi-generational workforce, finding the right funding for your business, creating a better business culture, attracting and retaining talent, and much more. Keynote speakers for this event included, John Allison, founder and chairman of Home Bancshares & Centennial Bank; Julie Weber, vice president of people for Southwest Airlines; and Emily Ley, author and creator of the Simplified Planner. Our own Steve Millaway, owner and founder of TechFarms, sat on a discussion panel.
