Dedicated Desk Application Process
Before you start the application process, please review the below section, which contains important information concerning the application process.
Submission
An applicant shall submit an Electronic Application for Membership and any required supporting documentation to the Operations Manager and/or Owner of TechFarms, LLC. Upon submission, the Electronic Application will be reviewed by the Operations Manager and/or Owner of TechFarms, LLC.
Meeting
TechFarms reserves the right to require the applicant to appear at a meeting to present information contained in the Application and/or to discuss the applicant’s application and reason for submission.
Non-Discrimination
TechFarms does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers, vendors, members and tenants, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, members, tenants, and clients.
Recommendation
The Operations Manager shall make a written recommendation regarding the application which may be accepted or rejected. All acceptances shall be conditioned on the execution of appropriate agreements as referenced above. The Operations Manager may impose additional conditions on acceptance.
Acceptance
Once an applicant has been accepted, the Operations Manager shall facilitate the negotiation and execution of the required
agreements. In the event the parties cannot reach an agreement on the necessary terms of membership, acceptance shall be
revoked.
Payment
All members are required to sign Automatic Authorization Form. Payment will be automatically charged from the bank account. Members also warrant that they are authorized to use the credit card/bank account according to the information they have submitted, and the agree to let TechFarms charge their credit card/bank account on a recurring basis for any monthly subscription they may have selected.
