We grow tech companies.

Our primary objective is to help diversify Northwest Florida’s economy by organically growing the number of private-sector technology startups.

By expanding our tech ecosystem, we’re helping to create more high-paying jobs, which in turn will make it easier to attract larger firms to our region.

How we started.

In 2007, Steve Millaway returned to his hometown in Panama City after spending most of his engineering and entrepreneurial career in Arizona. He found that although the region had experienced considerable growth, local coastal economies in Northwest Florida were driven largely by tourism and the military.

What was still missing were the high-paying private-sector technology jobs like those found in Silicon Valley, Austin, and Phoenix.

Steve made it his mission to grow the technology ecosystem in Northwest Florida by providing tech startups with something vital – a place where they can take their ideas from concept to prototype and receive advice and mentoring to grow their companies.

What we do.

Since 2015, our technology incubator has grown to include office space, prototyping labs and equipment, and a fully outfitted machine shop to nurture tech companies from early prototype to successful product.

Our network of entrepreneurs, subject matter experts, developers, and creators is constantly expanding to grow the technology and manufacturing ecosystem in Northwest Florida and beyond.

Meet our team.

Our team is made up of friendly people with diverse skill sets all working to grow our company and ecosystem.
