The Pinnacle Awards spotlight leading women in business who hold themselves to high standards and contribute to the betterment of the community. Ten outstanding women from an 18-county region of Northwest Florida are selected from nominations and honored at the annual Pinnacle Awards, presented by 850—The Business Magazine of Northwest Florida.

This year’s luncheon will feature keynote speaker Karen Moore, founder and CEO of Moore, Inc. Moore, Inc., one of the nation’s largest independently owned communications and public affairs firms.
A distinguished public speaker, she has addressed more than 400 organizations on advocacy, leadership, entrepreneurship, crisis communications, marketing and networking. Karen serves on boards of directors of numerous organizations, and her volunteer work has earned her distinctions, including the Distinguished Leader Award of the National Association of Community Leaders.
An advocacy expert, Karen has built a vast array of state and national coalitions addressing important legislative issues. In her bestselling book, Behind the Red Door: Unlock Your Advocacy Influence and Success, Karen helps decision-makers and others understand why advocacy is a vital tool for their organization.
This year’s event will take place 2019 Pinnacle Awards luncheon on Aug. 21, 2019 at The Holley Academic Center at Florida State University’s Panama City campus.
